e-motion jiwa



Some say it's galaw , negative emotion ...or ..
So far i just agree with the common old term of 'emosi jiwa '

to describe my...  'complicated unstable feelings'

this kind of feeling is easy to 'swing'
so, this 'swing' needs to be controlled or taking care.

'n these are my tips:


- try to be relax
   >> take a deep breathe (requirement)
   >>silence (while i have no idea, but need to think positively)
   >> umm..diversion ? ( i don't need to memorize unnecessary things )
       # think funny things or make a joke (recomended)
       # listen to music ( optional)
       # sing my last updated 'happy song anthem' (just mumbling)
    # sleep ( if necessary)
        # eat (when i'm hungry)
    # drink (when i'm thirsty)
    #..   



- find the answer
   how come ? what i should do next and what i will do then
   share with others
   Pray..(sometimes it works )
