Mine is..more or less, no difference with other story..
Sometimes under certain circumstances, when we feel that situation not friendly at all, that's always made our temper up..

Sometimes under certain circumstances, when we feel that situation not friendly at all, that's always made our temper up..
Many things we want to do to express our anger, bad feeling, and sadness..
Some people choose to express that with direct action, some people express with intermediary.
For me, sometimes its quite normal when we were in not good feeling,..we express it.. but remember,..do not too excessive.. since we are adult, we have to responsible for what we've done.
However, how to get cooling down...when I was feel upset, disappointed, even angry...
Second...laughing with friend & singing..
Third...bathing
Fourth...eating.. (good food of course)
Fifth...sleeping
Sixth...shopping (oh no, that's very very last option..)
That's my short story shared...
It' nice to having friends just like you all ...
